As a sample of their work here is an Action used in the build of a rifle. The exceptional quality and attention to detail is displayed in this assembly.

The bolt for the action (the L shaped piece) is made from one piece! The material is EN30B and is fully machined from a block starting at 200 x 90 x 25 mm. The faceted end piece screws in to the end but the body and handle are one piece.

Below you can see a close up of the bolt assembled.

OneCNC UK Technical Director Peter Gillespie remarked that this company performs incredible work with OneCNC and is proud to be associated with such quality manufacture.

WESTEC 2009 Los Angeles USA

WESTEC 2009 was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center March 30, to April 02, 2009.

This was a very successful show for OneCNC and it was pleasing to see so many OneCNC customers visit the booth as it is always good to put a face to the voice. It was also pleasing to have so much positive feed-back concerning OneCNC products first hand from users. It is this information that greatly helps in providing valuable "real use" information necessary for efficient continual product development.

The show was attended by the following OneCNC staff Patrick from OneCNC West, Michael from OneCNC USA, Bob from OneCNC Australia and assisted by Ward from WMS USA.

Below we see Ward from WMS chatting and providing tips to a OneCNC Customer. This customer who has had quite a few years of experience using various CAM openly stated that OneCNC was the first that he could press start and walk away from the machine while it machined. He explained that he had far too many surprises using other CAM to be out of reach of the machine control.
